Thank you for your MPulsive purchase. We always hope that you are completely satisfied with what you receive but, in the instance that you aren’t, here are the policies to help bring the satisfaction you need. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY through all information provided below as it clarifies the operations of Luxe MPulse for all parties involved.

What had happened with my checking and savings is... (return policy)

Returns All items being returned can only be refunded in store credit and must be initiated within 3 days of delivery confirmation. No returns will be accepted after 3 days of delivery confirmation.  

Exchanges All items being exchanged must be initiated within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Exchanges initiated between 3-5 days of delivery confirmation will only be eligible to exchange items for store credit. No exchanges will be accepted after 5 days of delivery. You may only exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If you exchange for an item of lesser value, the difference will be returned in store credit.

Return/exchange process To begin, you’ll need to contact info.luxempulse@gmail.com with your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and a picture of your item that supports your reasoning. We will be sure to get back to you within 1-3 business days. 

Refunds Your refund will be processed after returned item has been received and inspected. Once quality is confirmed your refund will be processed. It will take 2-10 business days to process depending on your bank.

All items, whether for return or exchange, must be returned with ALL original packaging.

I ordered today for yesterday, where's my package? (shipping policy)

  • Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. You should receive an order confirmation prior to the shipping confirmation, which is sent as soon as your order is shipped.
  • Delivery  takes approximately 5-7 business days AFTER shipping confirmation is sent. 
  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages please contact courier. If you need any assistance with tracking information please contact us  info.luxempulse@gmail.com
  • We are NOT responsible for any damages done to our products through shipping process. Please contact courier for more information reguarding your refund. If you need any assistance with tracking information please contact us 
  • Unfortunately as of right now we do NOT provide international shipping.

During holidays and sales, there may be delays in your order due to the volume of orders received, in advance we take you for your patience!

  • Luxe MPulse does not allow refunds or exchanges on ANY AND ALL eyewear.
  • All refunds and exchanges have to be reviewed and approved before processing begins. DO NOT send item prior to confirmation as that will not make the refund process faster.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed. Please make sure you email info.luxempulse@gmail.com with questions and concerns regarding the decision of your return/exchange inquiry
  • All items are carefully packaged and shipped before leaving the facilities, and unfortunately because of this we are not responsible for any damages that occur once the item has left our facilities. If you receive any item that is damaged upon opening you must get in contact with the courier for a refund.   • Shipping fees are not eligible for return

FAQ

  • If my glasses were just delivered today but I don't need it anymore may I return it? 

Unfortunately, no. All eyewear is final sale 

  • My package was delivered a week ago, is it too late to start a return? 

Yes, all items for return must begin the process 3 days or less after it was delivered. Ex: your order was delivered on Thursday, you have until Sunday to contact me (info.luxempulse@gmail.com) with your reason for returning and a picture supporting that reason.

  • When will I receive my refund? 

After we receive your item in good standing it will take 2-10 business days depending on your bank to receive your refund 

  • My package was never delivered, can I have a refund? 

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier for information on receiving a refund for that package. If you need any assistance on shipping information we’ll be more than happy to help. 

  • Can I exchange my item after a week? 

Unfortunately, no. All exchanges must begin 3-5 days after item is delivered. Within 3 days you can exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. Between 3-5 we can only give you store credit that is applicable to your next purchase within a year.

  • My item was damaged upon arrival

All items are checked and packed with care before leaving facilities. Luxe MPulse is NOT responsible for any damages done to items. Please contact courier for more information about recieving a refund.
